It is a gorgeous hotel with modern rooms and very welcoming staff.

Convenient location close to Nashville, shopping malls, and a Waffle House 🏠. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants in a nice area.

I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again as it was well-maintained and conveniently located near many attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The property was conveniently located near freeways, allowing easy access to the restaurants and a few places to shop. We also received coupons for the breakfast bar for our whole stay due to a booking mistake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice location just outside of Nashville. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and other things you expect like flatscreen TV, iron/board, hair dryer etc.

We waited for an hour and a half for a room. We noticed the front desk lady checked in several other people into rooms while we waited till 4pm. She seemed frustrated that we asked several times if there was a room available yet. She kept telling us none of the rooms available were cleaned yet. We figured after an hour surely the staff had time to clean one room. Finally when she left, we asked the guy who came up to replace her and he checked us into a room immediately. I don't know why that one lady made us wait an hour and a half and never told us that a room was ready. But that was not a good way to start our stay in Nashville.

Easy check-in, late check-out.

The hotel had everything we needed for a long stay - pool, hot tub, snack bar, restaurant, bar, and fitness room. The restaurant staff was amazing and made our mornings great. Peggy, the breakfast cook, was friendly and the servers already knew what we wanted. The food was very good and they served a Christmas continental breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had a comfortable king bed. The lobby area was very nice.

Can't fault anything about it.

The rooms are impeccably clean and have exceptionally good views. The hotel is in a great location close to everything we wanted to see. The food is outstanding, and they have a wide array of meals.

Arrived at 830pm and rooms were not ready. Michael at front desk apologized and offered us free breakfast coupons which was very nice of him. 415am fire alarm went off, it was a false alarm

The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was impeccably clean. The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating, offered amazing services. Appreciated our rooms with a bathtub. The decor here was great. The property was in a great location, close to a store.

A great spot to crash in! The staff here are super friendly from the moment you walk in until you head out. The breakfast is top-notch, and the location is perfect - close to restaurants and a shopping center 🛍️.
